It's late on a Friday. I've just arrived from Perth and my car has had a life-changing engine fault. It's going nowhere. A local business recommended Lloyd, so I called and he sent Dakota down to pick up my car. She was efficient, friendly and professional - totally ameliorated my stress at the time. My car was towed to their secure yard, and I'm in the process of recovering it back to Perth for repairs. I'm won't discuss money here, needless to say that the actual invoiced fee was significantly less that the quote over the phone, so I was very pleasantly surprised. I don't want to have to use the services of Geraldton Towing again, but if I was in the same predicament again (touch wood), I wouldn't hesitate to call Lloyd for assistance. Great outcome to an otherwise unfortunate experience.

An amazing company with amazing staff. When my Prado engine failed last King's Birthday weekend (and the start of the school holidays) I, and my caravan, were collected by Chris and taken to Boyd Street where Lloyd, and RACV Total Care, had made arrangements for me to stay in my caravan over that weekend as everything was booked out. Lloyd very kindly provided me with electric power and a loan car so that I could get about until the RACV flew me back to Melbourne. My car and caravan were stored securely until recovery was made from Perth. The kindness and friendship shown to me in such a difficult holiday weekend by Llyod, Wendy, Kat and Chris was amazing. Thanks Geraldton Towing for looking after us when we broke down in Geraldton. I have been towed many times in my 69 years but never have I received the compensation, assistance and kindness from a company like I have from you. I must give a special mention to the young lady who was the tow trucks driver who towed our caravan she is a credit to not only your company but to the town of Geraldton.
